PFS Private is focused on both established and emerging European property markets, with particular view on Benelux, Germany, UK and Spanish regions. We also maintain an opportunistic eye on emerging markets such as Poland. Czech republic and Hungary were added value / margin can be achieved. Our investment strategy is to concentrate on commercial property opportunities only , these include office blocks / parks, shopping centres/malls, retail and mixed use sites where either income stream or asset management improvement opportunities exist. We generally seek superior covenants where possible which cover a high percentage of the investment income. To date PFS private has placed over 200m of investment.
